Production Overview
Frank and Percy is the feature-film adaptation of the acclaimed stage play by Ben Weatherill, directed by Sean Mathias and starring Sir Ian McKellen and Roger Allam. The story follows the unexpected friendship between two older men who meet by chance on a park bench - a tender, witty exploration of love, loss, and the courage to begin again. Balancing sharp humour with emotional depth, the film retains the play’s intimate honesty while expanding its visual and emotional world for the screen.
Movement Contribution
I was invited to collaborate on select performance sequences within the film. My focus was on creating movement that felt authentic to the world of the characters, while supporting the director’s vision for grounded, human, and gently expressive movement to music.
